Cortana Mall ($1.5M) - Baton Rouge, LA. Retrofit a former Service Merchandise Retail Store in Cortana Mall. Project includes mall/site reconstruction, parking/landscape modifications, and entrance realignments.

Terrebonne Parish ($2.5M) - Houma, LA. Concept design layouts, due diligence, phase 1 environmental report and surveying services for a 124,500 s.f Target Store with two outparcels.

Clearview Mall ($2.0M) - Metairie, LA. A 3-story retrofit into a former Dillard’s Department store in a large regional mall to include mall/site reconstruction, multi-level parking and entrance relocations.

Siegen Plaza Retail Center ($5.5M) - Baton Rouge, LA. A 45-acre shopping center site featuring 275,000 s.f. of floor area to include a Super Target store as major anchor, junior anchors, general retail strips, and both full-size restaurant (or commercial/office) and fast-foot restaurant pad sites.

Prien Lake Plaza Retail Center ($4.8M) - Lake Charles, LA. A 32-acre shopping center site featuring 240,000 s.f. of floor area to include a Target Store as major anchor, junior anchors, general retail strips, and both full-size restaurant (or commercial/office) and fast-food restaurant pad sites.

Manhattan Plaza Retail Center ($6.2M) - Harvey, LA. A 32-acre shopping center site featuring 240,000 s.f. of floor area to include a Target Store as major anchor, junior anchors, general retail strips, and both full-size restaurant (or commercial/office) and fast-food restaurant pad sites.

Bossier City Retail Center ($12.6M) – Bossier City, LA. Civil design for 425,000 s.f. retail center with a 2,600-space parking lot on 87-acre site. Specific services included site planning, detailed civil design, subdivision plat, off-site road improvements and closing coordination.

Millerville Retail Center ($3.8M) – Baton Rouge, LA. Civil design for 240,000 s.f. retail center with a 1200-space parking lot on a 35-acre site. Specific services included site planning, detailed civil design, subdivision plat, off-site road improvements and closing coordination.

Riverplace Retail Center ($4.5M) - Lafayette, LA. Civil design for a 38-acre shopping center that includes 265,000 s.f. of floor area and features SuperTarget as the major anchor, junior anchors, retail strips, and restaurant pad sites.
