LSU/VA Hospital Projects Cost Consulting Services
SJB Group, LLC was retained by Roedel, Parsons, Koch, Blache, Balhoff & McCollister, A Law Corporation to provide cost consulting services. SJB developed estimates of costs as requested pertaining to the reproduction and replacement costs of improvements, including auxiliary improvements, located on property subject to acquisition or expropriation as part of the LSU/VA Hospital Projects.
A Construction Cost Report was prepared for all parcels to obtain representative observations and convey to the user the expected magnitude of commonly encountered or anticipated construction costs at the subject project responsive to reasonable due diligence.
The intent of this report is to provide the end user an estimate of cost for:
- Cost new of improvements located on the property
- A Cost to Cure deficiencies created to the site as a result of the project
- Photographs and drawings of the site and buildings, to be used by the appraisers in formulating their opinions of the impact of the project to the site.
